How does it works?
Sign up for one of our 1,3,6,9, of 12 month subscription boxes on our website. Each month you will receive three gorgeous 2.5 inch succulents + one unique gift straight from sunny San Diego.

What plants will I get?
At the beginning of the month, we will send you an email with the three succulents that are coming your way in the next week or so. If you'd like to make any edits to your upcoming order please email us at hello.Sweetdigs@gmail.com by the 5th of the month and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.

What size are they?
All succulents in the Sweet Digs Subscription box are planted in a 2.5 inch container. Plant size will vary based on varietal and could be larger or smaller than the planter it comes in.

How do I cancel?
If you pay for your subscription box in full at the time of purchase, you will be unable to cancel your box prior to the fulfillment of your plan. If you choose to pay month-by-month, you can cancel your subscription box at any time. You will need to cancel prior to the 10th of the month in order to avoid being charged for your upcoming shipment.

When will my order ship?
Your first shipment will be sent out within 5-7 business days of your purchase. Afterwards you will be put on a shipping schedule and your plants will be sent on the 15th of each month. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping. You will receive an email when your box is on the way!

Will I need a heat pack?
Your Sweet Digs team will determine if you need a heat pack for your shipment. This will be determined by the plants being shipped, the season and your shipping address.

How will my plants arrive?
Your succulents will arrive in tight packaging with a combination of paper and saran wrap to keep them secure. Gently take your plants or arrangements out of the box and set them down right side up. Some soil may have come loose during shipment which is totally normal. Simply dust them off lightly with your fingers or a small brush.
It is very important that you unpack your succulents immediately after you receive them. They are not meant to be kept in dark spaces for too long. If your package is damaged in any way, you have 48 hours to notify us.

Pet Safety
We have a confession… We LOVE pets (probably more than we love plants...shhh don’t tell!) That’s why the safety of your furry friends is so important to us. Under the plant description of each subscription box, we will list if your monthly succulents are pet friendly or not. Please note that for the most part, pets are not interested in succulents. Succulents and cacti are very frequently used in landscape on the west coast because they are bright and vibrant and pets aren’t really interested in tasting them. So if some of your succulents aren’t listed as “pet friendly” there is still a strong likelihood that your little one will avoid them. ARRANGEMENTS & INDIVIDUAL PLANTS

How will my plants arrive?

Unpacking Instructions
Your succulents will arrive in tight packaging with a combination of paper and saran wrap to keep them secure. Gently take your plants of arrangements out of the box and set them down right side up. Some soil may have come loose during shipment which is totally normal. Simply dust them off lightly with your fingers or a small brush.
Gently peel back the saran wrap holding your plant in. If there is additional paper wrapping, you will want to take that off as well. Your soil may also have been secured with a topping of moss. If so, it is up to you if you'd like to keep it as a decorative add-in. You can also get rid of it and expose the soil if you prefer.

How to re-pot
For best results when re-planting your succulents, make sure you are using well draining cacti or succulent soil. Fill your desired pot with the soil and create a hole in the area where you wish to place your new plant. Grab your succulent with one hand as close to the base as possible near where the stem of the plant meets the soil. With the other hand, gently wiggle the container loose from the succulent and pull apart. At this time, you may lose some or all of the soil around the succulents roots. That’s ok! Place your succulent in the existing hole you created with one hand and with the other hand add additional soil around the roots to fill in the remaining space in the hole. Continue this process with all succulents you wish to place in your planter leaving some space between each plant for the roots and leaves to settle and grow.

Will I need a heat pack?
Your Sweet Digs team will determine if you need a heat pack for your shipment. This will be determined by the plants being shipped, the season and your shipping address.

SHIPPING, RETURN, and REFUND POLICY

How soon are plants shipped after an order is placed?
Your order will ship within 5 to 7 business days. For subscription boxes, you will be put on a shipping schedule after your first box.
Sweet Digs only ships nationally.

IMPORTANT:
Please make sure to unwrap your plants immediately! 

Reporting damaged plants
You will have 48 hours from the time your shipment was delivered to notify us of damaged plants. Pictures must be sent. Depending on the image, we will determine if the issue can be resolved with additional care instructions or if a refund or replacement plant needs to be sent in its place. All damage reports can be emailed to Hello.SweetDigs@gmail.com. We will not accept plant returns.
Sweet digs not responsible for damage done by extreme weather.Your Sweet Digs team will determine if you need a heat pack for your shipment and add one free of charge. This will be determined by the plants being shipped, the season and your shipping address.

Broken Vessels and other pieces
You will need to report any damaged goods (planters, DIY Kits etc) within 48 hours of delivery. We will require that pictures of the damaged items be sent for us to review, at which time we will determine whether to replace the item immediately or provide a refund.
